Old mans beard.

Melanelixia lichen is a intermediate lichen wich can be found in clean and polluted conditions unlike Usnea lichen which is old mans beard is nitrogen sensitive both these lichens were found on the same log.

Found this interesting red lichen today, I am almost sure it is called christmas wreath lichen well named for this time of year.
