Families had loads of fun completing their John Muir Discover Family Award.

WE had great fun building dens in our wild spaces using only the natural materials around us.

Looking after the environment and reducing our carbon Footprint is really important - some of us did litter picking, others vowed to turn lights off and walk to school more...Every little helps.

We learned about micro habitats and eco systems and made bug hotels and other ways to attract wildlife into our wild spaces.

Joanne, the Countryside Ranger came along and told us all about worms and how amazing they are for our environment. Some of us tried worm charming and making a mini wormery to see how the worms live.

We had Linda, the Countryside Ranger come in and tell us all about Life Cycles and pond Dipping.
