Run and exploration over the island. Common blue butterfly and cinnamon moth seen. Explored 13th century chapel and priory remains. Saw plenty of cow parsley and a pheasant running in nature area. Looked for red squirrels but none today. Picnic and play on the beach afterwards.

Cycling through South Pembrokeshire. Exploring little known roads some byways never seen before. Cowparsley strewn lanes, swans at Carew castle.Sunshine at Manorbier castle and beach.Passed Pembroke castle. Nettles galore at this time of year.93 miles and counting in June but some colder months cyclong as well.Cycled up some hills never thought able to get up. Views of Preseli hills , tidal Mill at Carew and Cresswell Quay en route.

Animal encounters within the woodland remind us of the natural relationship between life and death. When the weather is so clement, the woodland seems to fill us with something of its own unique and generous nature. At the same time, it presents a danger to the life that thrives within it.

We made this display to show the garden before and after. It is hard to see how the areas connect and how things have changed so we have put string to connect pictures showing how it has changed and how much we have achieved since September.

Litter picking to keep or school grounds safe for wildlife. P6 discussed why we dropping litter is a danger other than simply looking untidy. Children made a commitment to ensure their school grounds are litter free and to encourage other children to put their litter in the bin.
