The group has been busy here at Queensferry High. We have been making birdboxes to sell to school staff, and we donated half of the boxes to the local Barnardo's shop to sell. We have built a great relationship with them, which is really positive. We have also been getting out for some long walks since the weather has turned for the better

Today saw us at the community garden helping Zoe the gardener trying to catch up. The group were planting a row of Blueberry bushes, building paths, weeding and shifting compost. They did so well that they have been invited back along to the garden next week. There presence is really appreciated by the older volunteers of the garden so we are happy to help.

We have been regularly maintaining the Wee Forest at Lochshore. We then explored a new forest that we haven't visited before at Lochshore.

Thanks to our North Ayrshire Ranger we learned about some of the wildlife and history of Eglinton Country Park.

We made seed bombs from paper mash. count 1h

We collected the animal boxes from Mans shed and started to assemble them. count 4h
