Becoming Friends of Springburn Park I

Today was the first of what we hope will be many visits to our local Green Space - The Wonderful Springburn Park in Glasgow. We have been invited by Danielle McPhilemy Chair of Friends of Springburn Park to help with the restoration and development of the Rose Garden within the park. This was a massive job and we soon got to work, helping the Community Volunteers who were already there to help!! This was another great opportunity for us as we investigate the environment, help look after our green spaces and actively learn as we go......
