Conserving a wild place

Each year we get many bulbs from 'Bulbs4kidz' and plant them across our school grounds. We learn about the different parts of the bulbs and name a few spring flowers which will appear next year. This is part of our conservation work and we have begun to look at food chains and naming producers, consumers, prey and predators. We will learn more about the importance of these flowers and how they contribute to food chains.
