sit spot and sensory walk

Today I went on a walk in the woods and I blocked out my sight, hearing and smell by using a mask for smell, a blindfold for sight and ear defenders for hearing and experienced the world differently. I had to rely on my other senses to know what's around me. After that I walked to the top of a hill and sat on a log and listened to my surroundings and watched everything around me and I could see birds and hear them and I heard something rustling in the bush next to me. I found it relaxing.
