Cycling through South Pembrokeshire. Exploring little known roads some byways never seen before. Cowparsley strewn lanes, swans at Carew castle.Sunshine at Manorbier castle and beach.Passed Pembroke castle. Nettles galore at this time of year.93 miles and counting in June but some colder months cyclong as well.Cycled up some hills never thought able to get up. Views of Preseli hills , tidal Mill at Carew and Cresswell Quay en route.
