John muir’s life line

John muir was born in Dunbar, Scotland on April 21st 1838. When he was 11 his family moved to America his family bought a farm there. His father forbids him to waste the day studying, instead ordering him to work outside on the farm from dawn till dusk. John invented a get out of bed machine to dump him out of bed at 1am every morning so he could study and read. John muir starts studying at university after he leaves university he chooses to study the natural world by foot, taking up temporary jobs to support himself. He was involved in an accident whilst working in a factory a chunk of metal came off and hit him in the eye and made him temperaly blind, after he got his sight back he was determined to explore nature. He walked 1000 miles from Indianapolis to the Gulf of Mexico. Whilst working as a shepherd in Yosemite John studies and writes about the landscape and mountains around him when he comes out of mountains of Yosemite he got married and then had two daughters after having children he makes multiple trips to Alaska with his dog to study glaciers later in life muir co-founds the sierra club at the age 65, muir spends three days and nights camping with president Roosevelt. After all of that amazing stuff he dies of pneumonia on December 24th 1914 sadly
